THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use trusted third-party services to help operate our app:
– Payment Processing: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes transaction data to validate purchases and manage your subscription status.
– Email Delivery: We use Resend to send email alerts to your emergency contact when you miss a check-in deadline.
– SMS Delivery: We use Twilio to send SMS alerts to your emergency contact (Pro subscribers only).
– Push Notifications: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send check-in reminders to your device.
– Analytics & Crash Reporting: We use Firebase to collect crash reports and diagnostic data to improve app stability.
These services may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.
EMERGENCY CONTACT DATA
Your emergency contact's information is used solely for the purpose of alerting them if you miss a check-in deadline. We do not use this information for marketing or any other purpose. Your emergency contact will only be contacted when an alert is triggered.
DATA RETENTION
We retain your account information and check-in history for as long as your account is active. If you delete the app or request account deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.
DATA SECURITY
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is stored securely using Firebase's infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
